Walter Karl Josef Locher
31st of August 1944 – 21st of December 2024
Beloved father, husband, hero, passed away bravely after a great battle with sickness. An Anaesthetist and academic, with doctorate in medicine in addition to his medical degree, he selflessly and unquestioningly helped, cared for and touched the lives of countless thousands. A man of great integrity, honour, loyalty, intellect and kindness, he will be eternally missed, but lives on in spirit in his descendants and in the afterlife. An adventurer at heart, he lived his life to the utmost. A passionate snow and water skier, a lover of nature, a deep understanding of politics and history, as well as being handsome and charismatic, a model in his youth, his loss can never be replaced.
Thank you Dad, for everything. We will love you forever and cherish our wonderful memories of all the adventures that we had together. Until we are united in glory in heaven. Your sons: Adam, Josef and Frank

Lieber Walter,
ich bin dankbar dich in München im Schwabinger Krankenhaus kennengelernt zu haben und unsagbar dankbar für die schönen gemeinsame Zeit die wir verbringen durften.
