Doris's life was centered on family and service to others. Favorite days were spent with loved ones, sharing meals, enjoying her favorite television shows, especially Wheel of Fortune, reading her many stories, and doing her crossword puzzles.
The family takes comfort in knowing Doris is reunited with loved ones who passed before.
Leaves behind a family who will carry forward a legacy of love, faith, and strength.
Services will be private. The family invites friends to honor Doris in their own way and keep the memories close.
In Doris's honor, the family encourages friends to spend time with loved ones, share a meal, or help someone in need.
The family is grateful to OSF Hospice and Evergreen Meadows for their kindness, patience, and devoted care.
