We honor the life of
Bret Burkart
12/12/1972 – 04/15/2026
Born in Houston Texas, Bret was adopted by Carol and Al Burkart in the early 70's. Bret was a passionate soul, an awe inspiring mentor, and a livelong learner. His favorite days were spent with family grilling, watching movies, and reading.
Preceded in death by his adoptive parents Carol, and Al Burkart.
His legacy will be carried on by his ex wife Jennifer Burkart, his son Albert Burkart, and sister Kristen Lambright.
The memorial will be held Monday July 6th at 11 am at St. Louis King of France at 7601 Burnet Rd, in Austin Texas.
A GoFundMe campaign is set up for memorial donations.
The family is grateful to St. Louis for their help in this difficult time.
