She was born to Roy and Marshall Lee Manning in Pactolus NC She Leaves behind 4 Children, Louise Daniels (Jimbo Deceased), Richard Earl Clark (Joyce Deceased), Tammy Singletary (Harold) and Mark Clark (Joanne) She was proceeded in Death by the love of her life Earl Clark, A daughter Laura Wheeler, A Sister Margaret Dudley and Her Parents She was blessed with 22 Grandchildren, 52 Great grandchildren And 10 Great-Great Grandchildren Many special nieces and Nephews
Her Celebration of Life will be held April 11th 2026 at Colonial Grove Memorial Park 3445 Princess Ann Rd, Virginia Beach, Va 23456 In loving memory:
